What's buzz-worthy: The annual Holiday parallel of Topps flagship cards will hit the hardwood this season with rookies and veterans in play with a number of looks only found here.

The Basics: The full details are not yet here but the base set will be 200 cards with some "SSP" variations to chase -- varying front and back sets for some players here -- as well as other inserts exclusive to the format. Those will include Frostbite Finishers, Hidden Elf, Making The Nice List, Evergreen, Die-Cut Ornaments autographs and Relics in four styles -- single player, dual-player, holiday-shaped and holiday. Autographs will be in play, too, with notables in just one set. Among the ink to be found will be Chet Holmgren, Jalen Brunson, Ace Bailey, Jayson Tatum, Cooper Flagg, James Harden, Victor Wembanyama and Steph Curry. ... The checklist is linked above.

Update: Advent calendars will include 24 Holiday Plaid Base parallels, 20 Making the Nice List inserts and 4 Evergreen cards. Mega boxes will include six Holiday Glitter cards, one Holiday Blue Metallic Glitter, one Holiday Light Blue and White Glitter, one Holiday variation SSP or backs variation SSP) and one oversized die-cut ornament card.
