What: 2025 Donruss football cards

What's buzz-worthy: Donruss once again arrives for a new season with plenty of colorful inserts and parallels as it showcases today's stars while also including plenty of nods to the past, too.

The Basics: Each hobby box of this one will include 54 insert cards (12 of those parallels), 18 Rated Rookies Rookie Cards and the hits as well as the base with 10 cards per pack -- the same as last year. The base set will include 400 cards -- 300 veterans/legends and 100 Rated Rookies -- with "a vast and colorful array of parallel chases" that were once again not detailed in advance. ... Among hits will be Dominators autos, Bomb Squad! autos, Gridiron Kings autos and Rated Rookie autos. ... Among inserts will be Elite Series, Gridiron Kings, All-time Gridiron Kings, Downtown, Crunch Time, Gridiron Marvels to start things off. ... Boxes once again carry a suggested retail price of $240.
