First Buzz: 2025 Panini Squishmallows Halloween cards

What's buzz-worthy: The long-running stuffed toys will hit cardboard once again for the holiday with this release that includes the basics and some chases all with the spooky feels applied.

The Basics: There will be one base card, one insert card and one parallel per pack here with six parallels in play and more than 100 cards in all to be tracked down -- 100 base and 20 inserts. Foil parallels are described as "super rare" here and one style, for example, will be Holo Purple bats (middle card above). Serial-numbered parallels also will be part of the chase. Packs carry a suggested retail price of 42 cents -- so just under $17 per tray.
