What's buzz-worthy: Making your way in the hobby world today may take everything you've got, but Rittenhouse Archives will start off a new year where everybody knows your name as the cast of this past classic -- and a number of notable guest stars known elsewhere -- come to cardboard for the first time.

The Basics: Every case of this one will include an autograph from either Ted Danson (Sam Malone) or Kelsey Grammer (Dr. Frasier Crane), while a deep signer lineup includes main cast members as well as others. Among them are John Ratzenberger (Cliff Clavin), George Wendt (Norm Peterson), Bebe Neuwirth (Dr. Lilith Sternin), Jackie Swanson (Kelly Boyd), Wade Boggs, Kevin McHale, Fred Dryer (Dave Richards), Carol Kane (Amanda), Nancy Cartwright (Cynthia), Dan Hedaya (Nick Tortelli), Kate Mulgrew (Janet Eldridge), Tom Berenger (Don Santry), Harvey Fierstein (Mark Newberger), Marsha Warfield (Roxanne Brewster), Gail O’Grady (Laura Walton) Anne Schedeen (Emily Phillips), Timothy Williams (Anthony Tortelli), Derek McGrath (Andy Schroeder), Mandy Ingber (Annie Tortelli), Diedrich Bader (Paul), Christopher McDonald (Rick Walker) and Sherilyn Fenn (Gabrielle) for starters. All autos will be signed on-card and there will be full-bleed autos, bordered autos, inscription autos and relic autos in the mix for this one.

Memorabilia cards will be found one per box using screen-used costumes for Danson, Grammer, Wendt, Rhea Perlman (Carla), Shelley Long (Diane) and Woody Harrelson (Woody). They'll be joined in the hits lineup by 1/1 sketch cards.

The base set will include 99 cards -- one for each episode of Seasons 1-4 -- using never-before-published images and each of those will have Gold parallels (/82). Other inserts will include 18 “NORM!” cards (two per box), 18 Quotable cards (two per box), 16 Opening Sequence cards (two per box), 18 Memorable Duos (one per box) and nine Starring Character cards (one per box).

A case-topper also will be in play as well as an album with a promo card inside each one, while a nine-case incentive card will be a dual-auto for Ratzenberger and Wendt.
