What's buzz-worthy: A format change for this one gives Thrones fans an autograph in every pack as part of a release that's limited to only 600 750 cases worldwide.

Update (Sept. 7): The increase above is from unanticipated demand, according to the company. "Demand for Game Of Thrones The Complete Series Trading Cards: Vol. 2 has been overwhelming, if not stunning," said a company statement. "There is simply no way possible for us to satisfy anywhere close to the volume of orders that have already been requested, and we’ve not nearly heard from all of our distributors and dealers yet. With that in mind, we’re going to modify the production run from 600 cases to 750 cases, and delay release from Nov. 16 to Dec. 14. This will give us time to secure additional assets that will keep the product at a high quality level."

The Basics: Each box will include at least one inscription auto and every case will include a 1/1 metal card in this one. The autograph lineup will include a number of notables as well as more than 10 first-time signers, according to the company.

The basic set will include 72 cards -- nine cards per season -- with puzzle backs. Also in the mix will be 288 1/1 printing plates, 99 Iron Anniversary expansion cards that also have had Copper (/99), Gold (/50) and Red (/25) versions.  ... Also in the mix will be nine Dragonstone cards, 27 In Memoriam cards, Artifex Metal cards (/25), Head of The House cards, Quotable cards, 18 Metal Expressions Expansion cards and 1/1 sketch cards. There also will be an album with a promo card as with traditional releases. There also will be 10-case incentives -- a 99-card Iron Anniversary metal parallel expansion set.
