What's buzz-worthy: The latest Trek cardboard will include plenty of ink -- two of those autos being inscriptions in every box -- as the Enterprise crew of the 1980s and 1990s gets another look.

The Basics: Among the signed cards will be inscription cards and that list can be seen below. No other styles of autographs were teased for this one in advance. Also in play will be sketch cards and UK stamp cards. ... The base set will be 60 cards with between nine and 18 quote versions per character. Among the inserts will be Encounter at Farpoint Uncut and The Best of Both Worlds Uncut cards -- 99 card between those sets -- that are both one per box. Joining them will be Laser Cut Villains cards. Star Trek Lower Decks Episode and Character cards (42 cards between those sets both one per box) and Star Trek Infinite Possibilities one per box. ... Among the incentive cards will be a Jean-Luc Picard Costume Relic for six-case buyers, a Rick Berman inscription card for nine-case buyers and an Archives Box for those who buy 12 cases. Those will include a single-card printing plate set among other inclusions. There also will be a binder with promo card for this release.
