Four homers in one game? Will Benson is your latest to do it ...

Four homers, one game -- it's something that doesn't happen in baseball often, but a Cleveland Indians prospect pulled off the feat last night.

Lake County Captains outfielder Will Benson went 4-for-5 with four homers and eight RBI. He's the Indians' No. 25 prospect on MLB.com's Prospect Watch list and could be a candidate for some affordable collecting, too, though his stats aren't going to wow you beyond some power.

He was the first MiLB player to put up a four-homer game since 2014 and it's only happened 18 times in MLB history. Two players did it in the NL in 2017, Scooter Gennett and J.D. Martinez.

Benson appears on just under 300 different cards since making his cardboard debut with USA Baseball in the 2015 team set (as "William"). Roughly half of his cards are certified autos with his first Chrome card in 2016 Bowman Draft. His only other autograph appearances include Elite Extra Edition for that first year. He also appears in 2016 Bowman's Best, Elite Extra Edition, Leaf Metal Draft, Leaf Trinity as well as 2017 Bowman Platinum, Topps Pro Debut and USA Baseball Stars & Stripes. He has not had any autos since.

The 21-year-old is in just his fourth minor-league season and is hitting .341 with six homers and 16 RBI this season. For his career, he's hit just .209. He had 22 homers last season when he hit just .180 for the Lake County Captains.
