Gallery: 2015-16 Panini Select basketball cards

2015-16-Panini-Select-basketball-5 A slightly more higher-end version of the Panini America Prizmatic rainbow arrives with a different name today with 2015-16 Panini Select basketball -- a brand that packs all kinds of color along with a number of hits in a relatively small and affordable box.

Every 12-pack box includes three autographs or memorabilia cards with a standard card selection that's divided into three sets and some type of Prizm insert in every pack.

2015-16-Panini-Select-basketball-9 One might argue that the NBA's elite rookies create some of the strongest markets for rare parallels in the rainbow and this brand includes plenty of that type of potential.

With today being opening day, there's not a lot of the brand's elite hits on eBay just yet -- but enough to show that this is one that can impress. (Buzz will add more images here as they pop up in the coming days.)
