The return of a familiar name in football comes on Wednesday with 2016 Panini Playoff, a brand that carries a modern feel with a new look that's still familiar for the retro name.

There's also some simplicity with a small number of parallel types that carry across all of the base cards, inserts and hits to go along with a retro (affordable) price.
