History joins novelty in newest Topps Now card set

A day of history-making moments in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday means there's some new cardboard today ... thanks to Topps Now.

Sure, there are cards for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in a new nine-card 2020 USA Election Topps Now set from Topps -- a continuation of the set that included cards for the past debates -- but there are also some surprises and viral stars of the day making their way onto cardboard.

J.Lo? Check. Garth Brooks? Check. Lady Gaga? Check.

Oh and this viral image of Bernie Sanders is in the mix -- meme makers need it, right? -- along with poet Amanda Gorman in the lineup. There are also cards showing Doug Emhoff and Jill Biden. The set that is available by the card ($9.99 per card with volume discounts) or via a set pack ($54.99). The cards are only initially available via Topps.com -- click here -- and will be printed to order after their one-week ordering window is closed. The number of cards made will be the same as the number of cards ordered.

Also in the mix will be two parallel sets -- one limited to 46 copies and one a 1/1 version.
