Instagram Egg gets baseball card in 2019 Topps Allen & Ginter

Yes, the Instagram Egg has a baseball card.

It's card No. 213 in the 2019 Topps Allen & Ginter baseball card set that arrived today from Topps, a nod to the weird inclusions that were commonly found in the past on tobacco cards.

If you don't know, the brand is a modern-day take on the cardboard of the 1880s, though Instagram wasn't quite around back then, and it includes more than a few oddities that are kind of a big deal today, like a cryptocurrency card in last year's set.

The card back tells a bit of the story and how it booted a celeb baby from the throne as the most-liked image on Instagram -- it's up to 53,676,462 likes as of this writing on its account, world_record_egg.

So far there are 15 versions of the Egg card to chase but there could be more to come with the 2019 Topps Allen & Ginter X release still to come and any other wall art possibilities via Topps.com or retail formats.

There's a standard card, a glossy 1/1 card, a mini, a mini A&G back, a mini black-border, a mini Brooklyn back (/25), a 1/1 glossy mini, a 1/1 wood mini, a silver version, a gold hot box version and four 1/1 printing plates (cyan, magenta, yellow and black).
