Juan Soto signs Topps autograph deal as more RCs are coming

Juan Soto will make an appearance in 2018 Topps Heritage High Number and that's the start for his Rookie Cards and autographs in Topps products this season.

The company revealed this nugget today in advance of that product's arrival next week.

Soto's ink will begin flowing in Heritage and he'll be found in "a number of" the remaining 2018 MLB products to come this year, according to the company. That will include Five Star, Triple Threads and Topps Update for starters.

His first Rookie Card is found in packs of 2018 Topps Archives, which is out at retail now. Its hobby boxes will arrive next month as the company is waiting on autographs. (Could Soto be among those? We'll find out when a hobby checklist arrives.)

Soto, 19, has hit .300 with 16 homers and 54 RBI in 96 games for the Washington Nationals this season.
