Luke Voit has more home runs this week than Rookie Cards -- same goes for his New York Yankees cardboard, too

You may not know his name but Luke Voit has been a force for the New York Yankees this week.

The 27-year-old first baseman homered for the third straight game on Tuesday, upping his season total to seven with his second team of the season. He's hitting .322 in 19 games for the Yankees since he was traded there on July 29 with some international bonus slot cash for pitchers Giovanny Gallegos and Chasen Shreve.

As for cardboard? There's just one place to find him -- 2017 Topps Update and its parallels (as well as its Mini version and Chrome Mega Box version). As for Yankees cardboard? There's just one place to land him ... for now ... and it won't be easy.

His Yankees debut will be as a bonus card -- Bonus No. 2 -- in the 2018 Topps Now Players Weekend Yankees set available for the next four-plus hours. Those who purchase 10 Yankees sets will receive one of his cards thanks to a bonus program based on performance. That card alone has pre-sold on eBay for $49.95 more than once. Asking prices for that card are up to $99 after his hot streak.

His only Rookie Card in 2017 Topps Update has 19 parallels, 10 Chrome versions from Mega Boxes and then five versions in the Mini release. (All are ultimately the same card, just different numbers, parallels, stock and sizes.) Bulk lots of his cards are the highest-priced auctions for now but rarer parallels could see some movement with the focus on cardboard under the Big Apple spotlight.
