Not everything heads to e-Packs in Upper Deck Ultimate Collection

2015-16-NHL-Ultimate-Collection-Autograph-Rookie-Shield-One-of-One-Card Not long after Upper Deck's 2015-16 Ultimate Collection hockey set arrives in hobby shops on Aug. 31, it will also appear on the company's e-Pack platform that allows collectors without hobby shops to rip in virtually with a shot at cards in reality.

But what about the 1/1 creations? Upper Deck has addressed its plans for the high-end brand.

The biggest note of them all here is that the autographed NHL rookie shield cards will only be found in traditional packs -- so not in e-Pack.

All rookies in the set as well as the unsigned Jack Eichel card will be found in packs via the typical hobby channels. The company did note that "there are other shields and auto shields within the product, such as the 2005-06 Retros, that will be available in both e-Pack and physical hobby packs."
