Newly graded cards from PSA will arrive with a new look to their flips inside the slabs.

A new "lighthouse logo" is the centerpiece with it reflecting light and also connecting to the red trim of the paper insert is joined by "fugitive ink" in the background.

So why the change?

“As the market grows, it is imperative that we continue to look for ways to improve our services and the quality of our products," said a statement from the company. "This includes enhancing the security features on the holders and labels used during our authentication/grading process. The newly-incorporated security features represent the single largest leap forward during our 26-year history. The new PSA label not only offers vastly superior technology and capabilities; it has also received a stylistic makeover as we look to take our leading brand well into the future."

"GLOW is unlike any show we've ever seen" reads the Entertainment Weekly headline for a review of an upcoming series from Netflix that's a comedic but fictionalized take on the late-1980s real-world wrestling promotion.

It stars Alison Brie as "Ruth Wilder," a struggling Los Angeles actress who opts to try out the world of pro wrestling in the series, which is based on a short-lived women's wrestling promotion called Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling that ran for four syndicated seasons in real life. (Really.) The series arrives on June 23.

The real-world wrestling show was pure cheese -- even to a 10-year-old wrestling-inclined Buzz -- in an era where Hulkamania yellow was everywhere, but apparently the new series is packing punch with critics. The EW reviewer gave it an A while breaking down all of the reasons the 1980s-based new series works. "GLOW, which takes everything over-the-top about professional wrestling," it reads, "pushes it to higher levels of absurdity and melodrama, and finds something deeply personal, explicitly political, and wonderfully brute-force awesome."

Now, how about those collecting ties? Well, they're more like pieces of trivia that could interest those who enjoy the show, but here we go ...

The 40-year history of the Potomac Nationals includes some of the biggest names in the history of baseball -- and the team has the baseball cards coming to prove it as part of a stadium giveaway.

Bryce Harper, Barry Bonds, Albert Pujols, Jorge Posada and Andy Pettitte are just some of the players who have suited up for the franchise that is now the Class-A Advanced affiliate of the Washington Nationals. All of those stars and more will be found in the 2017 Potomac Nationals’ 40th Anniversary Team card set honoring them all to be given away at a game later this month.

If you want the newest baseball cards of the newest MLB draft picks, then you should probably pick up a box of 2017 Panini Stars & Stripes USA Baseball cards.

Why?

USA Baseball sets from Panini America are among your best bets for finding players taken in the MLB Draft -- 16 of the 30 first-rounders last night were USA alums -- and you'll find No. 1 draft pick Royce Lewis inside this year's boxes along with No. 2 pick Hunter Greene and many others.

Thanks to other past USA releases and Perfect Game products from Leaf Trading Cards, just five of this year's first-rounders don't appear on officially licensed cardboard from a major manufacturer. (One of those five has a collegiate team-issued card ... so there's something official for fans to chase.)
