Panini America releases Box Wars schedule for The National

Panini America's National Sports Collectors Convention experience includes plenty of ripped wax -- if you want to partake of course -- and that begins within the first hour of Day 1 at the show beginning Wednesday in Cleveland.

It's via Box Wars and there are 31 battles scheduled for the show.

Box Wars is a battle where competitors bring their box of cards (from Blowout's booth of course) to the Panini booth and are instructed to open packs in search of specific cards or features on cards -- those that find them first can win a prize. The ultimate prizes in these battles? Black Boxes and pricier wax boxes.

The biggie? The Immaculate Collection college break on Saturday at 1 p.m. where the winner gets a ticket to the company's VIP Party on Saturday night.
