A memorable card style of the 1990s is coming back soon.

They are Pinnacle Inscriptions acetate autographs and Panini America teased their return on Friday as they will be a "a new cut-across insert" found in a few upcoming NFL brands.

Just four players were teased as coming so far -- Peyton Manning, Michael Vick, Tom Brady and Marshawn Lynch -- and only two of those were shown signed. Brady appears to be the rarest of the bunch at just 10 numbered copies for the card shown, while Manning checked in at 25, Lynch at 50 and Vick at 100.

There's no news as to where these might yet end up but they are sure to pique the interest of collectors who were around for the arrival of these back in 1996 and then for this design in 1997. It's interesting to look back at the older sets and see the volumes of cards signed then -- Barry Sanders signed 2,900 cards in 1996 and Brett Favre signed 4,850 that first year, while the second season of these had Steve Young checking in at 1,900, Warren Moon at 1,975 and John Elway also at that mark.

These, with far lower print runs and a distribution not all in one spot, should be in much higher demand.

We'll add more details to this one once they become available.

I just watched the Autographed Tom Brady one get opened on a Facebook live video of someone who sells packs. Any idea how much that one is worth?? ???
