Rookie of the Year will be signing at Baseball Card Exchange on Sunday

Autograph appearances aren't just for baseball players -- they're also for the Rookie of the Year.

And that's exactly who's showing up for an Indiana signing on Sunday -- Thomas Ian Nicholas, the Rookie of the Year. You know, Henry Rowengartner ... the guy who once struck out home run king Barry Bonds?

Fans of baseball movies probably remember the tale of the 12-year-old in the film from 1993. He's a below-average Little Leaguer who injured his arm in an accident and suddenly has big-league stuff and becomes a member of the Chicago Cubs.

He'll be signing for 90 minutes on Nov. 22 beginning at 1:30 p.m. at Baseball Card Exchange in Schererville, Ind. That's Cubs territory and tickets for the signing can be found on the company's website. Autographs are $25 with a free inscription and $10 for extra inscriptions. Photo ops (no autograph) are $20, while a combo ticket is $35. Tickets can be purchased until Saturday.
