San Francisco 49ers QB Jimmy Garoppolo was one of two guys to top the 400-yard plateau this week and his came as part of a four-TD day and ended with a 36-26 win over the Arizona Cardinals. To say that the hype was there when he came to this team would be an understatement and I'm not sure how much drum-pounding there might be now compared to then but his 424 yards on 34-of-45 passing is a career-high. His four TDs also tied his career-high mark set just two weeks ago. For the year, he's at 2,478 passing yards and 18 TDs -- easily career-highs -- so there should be people looking, especially with his team 9-1.
His Rookie Cards and first autos can be found way back in 2014 packs when he was a second-round pick of the Patriots.

Keep reading for more guys who generated some buzz on the field this week.
-- John Brown, WR, Bills Also a 2014 draft pick, Brown put up a monster day against the Dolphins with nine catches for 137 yards and two TDs. It's his best game of the season as he had just two scores all year but did put up 123 yards in his season-opener. He had a better yardage game a few years ago but it seems that he could be an interesting bargain-bin pick-up here and there in case his team makes a run.
---
-- Calvin Ridley, WR, Falcons This 2018 rookie class member had a surprising day in my book with just eight catches but 143 yards and a TD against the Panthers. That yardage mark came up just short of a career-high -- neither stat here can keep up with his atomic start last season -- but this was his best game of this season as he's got five TDs and 614 yards. He could be a highlight on a struggling team, though I'm not sure his autographs are all that visually worthwhile. (I only buy when it's a cleaner example on the cheap.)
---
-- D.J. Chark, WR, Jaguars Only three WRs had two TDs on Sunday and this guy was only topped by Brown's breakout day. Chark rode the bench on my fantasy team with their QB change this week but that didn't matter as he had eight catches for 104 yards and two TDs in a 20-point loss to the Colts. This second-round pick last year out of LSU has been a performer for the Jags with 796 yards and eight TDs this year. This was his third 100-yard game and second with two TDs.
---
-- Josh Allen, QB, Bills He had three passing TDs and one rushing TD in a win over the Dolphins with the guy we've already talked about putting up a big day. With some of last year's rookie class struggling, there's a chance that this former Wyoming Cowboy will get some attention as people look toward him and his RCs. This was his best game of the season and he's got 2,175 yards and 13 TDs so far. His team hasn't been that bad but he's not been super consistent -- if both of those things pick up, his cards should, too.
--
-- Dak Prescott, QB, Cowboys He's one of the NFL's biggest names on one of its biggest teams so a league-leading 444 yards and three TDs is almost expected here. It's his third 400-yard game of the season. Interestingly, he's only had one other 300-plus game (397) and the rest have been between 223 and 278. He's playing for a new deal on a team that's not won it all since 1995 ... so if it all comes together his 2016 Rookie Cards could be bigger deals, right? He's not that cheap now but there are still bargains out there compared to other guys -- but you can find some key 2016 boxes cheap, though.
