There are short-printed Rookie Cards in 2016 Panini Prestige football packs, which begin arriving today in hobby shops and Panini America is planning a slow reveal of who's rarer than the rest of the guys.
The company announced the first two SPs Wednesday and they are Oakland Raiders pick Connor Cook and Dallas Cowboys pick Jaylon Smith.
