Tip-off comes on Monday for the NBA Player of the Day promotional program from Panini America.

Beginning Monday and running through April 15, the promotion will give collectors a shot at promo cards, autographs, prizes and the chance to have an NBA player spend time with you and your card shop. More than 400 hobby shops will be taking part in the program.

"We are thrilled to support hobby shops selling our NBA trading cards by expanding this proven promotion to even more hobby shops," said Jason Howarth, Panini's VP of marketing. "Last year we were able to make one collector’s dream come true by giving them the chance to spend a day with Karl-Anthony Towns. We look forward to creating a memorable experience for another fan this year."
