Game-used baseball bats are often some of the most-abused and most-personalized pieces of game-used memorabilia to hit the market.

It's been more than five years since James "Lights Out" Toney set foot inside the Octagon at UFC 118 in Boston, but a piece of memorabilia from his fight against UFC legend Randy Couture is on the auction block beginning Monday via Goldin Auctions.

The piece? The former boxer's trunks worn what was his only MMA bout -- a first-round submission -- and it's extra Buzz-worthy because, well, look at it.

That's a one-of-a-kind piece of hobby history -- and there's an extra nod to MMA collectors because among Toney's sponsors for the fight was, if you haven't figured it out, Blowout Cards.

Memorabilia from the career of Baseball Hall of Famer Barry Larkin will hit the auction block next week via Goldin Auctions as the former Cincinnati Red has decided to sell his collection.

Among the items in the sale, which will begin on Jan. 11 and end on Jan. 30, are his 1984 USA Baseball uniform and the ball from his first career hit as a big-leaguer. Also found among the 53 lots are items from his University of Michigan days and an All-Star Game-used uniform.

"Barry Larkin is among the most popular players in Reds history as he was born and raised in the Queen City and then played all 19 of his MLB seasons with his hometown Reds," said Ken Goldin founder of Goldin Auctions. "During his remarkable baseball life, he was an Olympic champion, Rookie of the Year, World Series winner, MVP, 12-time All-Star and a Hall of Famer. We are honored to make these rare collectibles from his career available for the first time."

A PSA 8 copy of the most-iconic Topps baseball card has hit the auction block via PWCC on eBay and there have been more than 30 bids raising the price to more than a quarter-million dollars.

That's so far.

The auction for the 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle has more than nine days to go before it closes. How much is it presently up to? Click here for the latest view.

A PSA 8 copy of the card sold via Goldin Auctions earlier this year for just over $400,000. Only 32 copies of more than 1,100 graded have gotten a PSA 8 mark. Only nine cards have graded higher -- three  of those being PSA 10s.
