This Red Sox slugger has been in some elite company this season and his cardboard continues to pick up momentum.

His name is Mookie Betts and he smacked another homer -- a three-run shot -- last night in Baltimore to up his season total to 28. That comes off the heels of a three-homer game Sunday that put him side-by-side with Ted Williams as the only Red Sox players with a pair of three-homer games in the same season.

It's sparked a wave of Topps Now cards -- and pricey Relics that sold out near-instantly -- but it's not the only cardboard that Betts has that's now in more demand.

The first cards from 2016 Topps Heritage are starting to trickle onto eBay from retail boxes around the country and we're getting our first looks at new names and new faces in new places on the revival of the 1967 Topps design.

That means David Price with his Red Sox threads, Jason Heyward as a Cub and Rookie Cards of Corey Seager, Kyle Schwarber and a pairing of Aaron Nola and Michael Conforto for starters.

We're less than a month away from the release of 2016 Topps Heritage baseball cards, the annual trek to the past that includes errors and variations as an added homage to the past year within the new product.

In advance of the March 2 release, Buzz was wondering about which mistakes are found in the 1967 Topps set -- that's this year's throwback model -- and what might be found. We don't yet have a checklist from Topps for this year, but that will be telling. Why? Stars from the past teams will often match stars on present teams in the set if an error/correction is in play.

The 2015 Topps Heritage '51 baseball card set is a newcomer to the Heritage lineup and it's a brand with its non-traditional gaming-style backs that, admittedly, might not appeal to everyone.

But it's those card backs -- at least on the mini parallels -- that might make those sets a bit more appealing to those considering opening a set for breaking and resale.

Arriving in hobby shops today is a new brand in the Topps Heritage line -- a release where the company commemorates the 65th anniversary of its first baseball card set.

It's 2015 Topps Heritage ’51 Collection, which is a boxed set of 104 cards created in the style of the company’s simple 1951 release with every set including 21 parallel cards and a certified autograph.

Collectors aiming to collect a master set of 2015 Topps Heritage WWE will get a head start on the release with the arrival of the newest WWE video game on Tuesday.

Every copy of WWE 2K16 for the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One will include a Heritage card of WWE Hall of Famer "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, according to the @WWEGames Twitter account. There will be two versions of the card -- one with a white border and one with a blue border for the set that uses the memorable 1985 Topps baseball design.
