There have been countless sports card sets made in recent years with nods to the military and the NFL's Salute to Service campaign reflected in packs. There have been camo cards, ribbon cards and so much more found by collectors, and it's trickled over into other sports, too, with camo parallels and special military-tied inserts in packs along with memorabilia cards from military-themed jerseys.

But none of them can touch a simple set from packs of 2008 Topps football cards called 2008 Topps Honor Roll Ribbons. It's a set that shows past NFL players who were members of the military along with mini replicas of the medals that they were awarded.

Topps' 2015 football set will get an extra touch for a limited release available starting on Wednesday.

The 2015 Topps NFL 50th Super Bowl set will consist of 500 cards with an extra Super Bowl 50 stamp added to each of the cards. The sets will only be available initially via Topps.com for $50.

It's not the only new football release coming from the company, either.

Topps released the final checklist for the first high-end WWE card set ever on Monday morning and 2015 Topps WWE Undisputed is a heavyweight with a lineup of Fistographs, cut autographs, auto booklets and a mix of past and present WWE greats.

Among the signers? Brock Lesnar, "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Bret "Hit Man" Hart, Bruno Sammartino, Bray Wyatt, The Iron Sheik, Edge, John Cena, Lita, Trish Stratus, "The Million-Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, Paul Heyman, Kevin Owens, Finn Balor, Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks.

Oh, and also signing for the autograph-in-every-pack line? Pete Rose and Lawrence Taylor, who have appeared at past WrestleManias.

As one of our five players to watch this weekend, we told you to keep an eye on Tennessee Titans QB Marcus Mariota in his return to the starting lineup.

He delivered, throwing for 371 yards and four touchdowns in a 34-28 win over the New Orleans Saints -- his best performance in six games this season. In fact, that upped his touchdown total for the year to 12, which is tied for the most for a rookie QB in franchise history. (Vince Young's mark will fall this week unless the undefeated Panthers throw a shutout.)

We all know that Mariota's cardboard was going to remain expensive no matter what happened as he's one of the premiere players in this year's rookie class. With a game like that, though, any jitters people had about digging in on his cardboard likely vanished.

Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Marcus Mariota will have plenty of eyes on him on Sunday when he returns as the starter after suffering an injured knee ligament that had him out of action since Oct. 18. A good game could spark more interest and that might happen if his team's game against the Saints turns into some type of shootout. Topps released the final checklist for 2015 Topps Heritage WWE on Wednesday and there's one inclusion that might be buzz-worthy on the morning that fans around the world started buying WrestleMania tickets for next April in Dallas.

It's the nWo -- the anti-establishment faction that changed the wrestling world in the 1990s when good guy Hulk Hogan shed his yellow and red in favor of black and bad-guy "Hollywood" status. Could they be back at 'Mania? It's a compelling thought considering the checklist includes an autograph set focusing solely on the group.

Topps Bunt is a phone app where plenty of collectors buy virtual packs of cards and then wheel and deal to land the ones they want. Some are easy to find, others are not.

This Bryce Harper Signature Card was an award -- given out to those who completed a collecting challenge in the game -- and it's limited to only 16 copies.

Just like real cardboard with Harper's autograph on them, there's big interest in rare cards of the likely National League MVP. This card commanded a few bucks as the rights to the card were sold on eBay -- something that's been a pretty common occurrence in the last couple of years as more and more baseball fans try out the app.

How much did it go for? You wouldn't believe it unless you saw it. (The actual amount paid was $299 less than that posted price, but ... still.)

Hobby box basics: Hobby Collector boxes include 14 six-card packs with one auto sketch or Relic, while Hobby boxes will include 24 10-card packs. 

What's buzz-worthy: What happens when you take the twisted takes of Wacky Packages and add Major League Baseball? Well, we'll soon find out with this one with parody cards of products (the traditional for the long-running card brand) along with twists on baseball's teams (major and minor), food and events.
