Ticket Stud or Ticket Dud? You decide ... here's Chapter 31

With these Ticket Stud or Ticket Dud stories I'm turning just a tiny bit of that energy just a few degrees away from cards (we'll still have plenty of them here) for a different kind of cardboard. What am I doing? Simple ... this is an occasional dip into some random ticket lots -- a show and tell showing something small with a story.

This time? Four games from the phantom zone.

THE DETAILS ...
The Category: Major League Baseball
The Events: New York Yankees' appearances in the 2015 World Series -- Game 1, Game 2, Game 6, Game 7
The Results: They didn't happen ... well, at least for the Yankees.
The Attendance: N/A
The Price: $135 each ... if they had been played/charged.
The Cost (for me): Pocket change as part of a bulk lot.

The Ticket Stud (Key Player): None
Others: None

What's Buzz-worthy: What are these? They're phantom tickets which were prepped as part of a team's season ticket package with their postseason run that would then be charged if the games had been a reality. These? They were all for not as the Yankees got bounced in the Wild Card by the Astros who then lost to the eventual world champion Kansas City Royals. I was surprised to see World Series tickets in a bulk lot of past tickets I grabbed as the randomness to this series but I immediately figured these were for games that didn't happen ... and I was right.

Stud or Dud? This one is a lightweight Stud and I like that they were designed with the same photo connecting over all four of them (see gallery below). They're oversized, which makes them feel more interesting, while the only other "deluxe" touch here is some embossing on the World Series logos.
