Ticket Stud or Ticket Dud? You decide ... here's Chapter 32

With these Ticket Stud or Ticket Dud stories I'm turning just a tiny bit of that energy just a few degrees away from cards (we'll still have plenty of them here) for a different kind of cardboard. What am I doing? Simple ... this is an occasional dip into some random ticket lots -- a show and tell showing something small with a story.

This time? No Victor Wembanyama this time ... and no win, either.

What's Buzz-worthy: With the Spurs in the headlines, I figured I'd revisit this ticket from deep in my mystery box. It's a slightly oversized road ticket for them -- it's definitely a Clippers ticket with their arena on there -- but it's pretty clean and could be a decent autographed item up top with the right color pen. For me, a casual NBA collector at most, this one didn't really have any big names pop out at me from the box score, though Shai Gilgeous-Alexander as a rookie is nice here but not really a notable game. Style-wise, this one has a matte feel with smooth gloss really only on the team logos and then on the white down low ... a modest feel yet strong in its simplicity.

Stud or Dud? An NBA diehard could probably latch onto a key name for them here but for me this one comes off as bit of a ticket dud ... and I call the Spurs the closest thing to an NBA team for me.
