Topps cancels planned Warcraft movie trading card set

Warcraft2016_9 Topps has cancelled its planned Warcraft film trading card set, according to a statement released by the company.

"Unfortunately due to unforeseen delays in production we are being forced to cancel the release of ’16 Topps Warcraft," the company said. "At the present time, there are no plans to release this product in the future."

The product had been scheduled to release today back when it was unveiled back in December. It had been planned to be found in both hobby and retail boxes in advance of the film’s June 10 release.
