Topps Now Future packs bring interactive play & prizes

Topps Now is now in pack form -- with a predictive fantasy twist.

Topps revealed on Tuesday the Topps Now Future program, which will include packs with cards where World Series winners at season's end will mean prizes.

"This is an exciting way to follow your team all the way to the World Series," said David Leiner, Topps Global GM of Sports & Entertainment. "These exclusive cards can’t be found anywhere but on Topps.com. Topps Now continues to push the envelope with its innovations year-after-year."

Each three-card pack is $12 via Topps' site with each randomly inserted card having a prize noted on the back. All 30 teams will be found in this release with scratch-off codes on the backs of cards as the means to claim prizes atTopps.com/toppsnowfutureredeem after the World Series.

According to Topps, the packs are available while supplies last and they will not be available in a second wave for the World Series prizes. Among the items up for grabs are rarer card sets and autographs of World Series winners. They will include a Chrome Topps Now World Series set (20 cards) with parallel versions limited to 199, 99, 49, 25, 10, five, and one copy in that mix. Autographs will be numbered to 50, 25, 10, five and one copy.
