Topps Now gets in ring with Showtime Championship Boxing

Boxing fans have a new place to look for new cardboard -- Topps Now.

Topps launched its first five cards for its 2018 Showtime Championship Boxing Topps Now set on Friday afternoon and they'll be active for just 24 hours in advance of a fight between Danny "Swift" Garcia and "Showtime" Shawn Porter set for Saturday.

Each of them will share a base card and appear on a pair of Relics.

The basic cards are $9.99 with quantity discounts and are only available initially via Topps.com and will be printed to order. Each fighter will have a standard Relic (/25) for $39.99 and a 1/1 Relic ($299.99) that will feature photos from the fight.

The welterweight stars and former 147-pound title-holders Garcia (34-1, 20 KOs) and Porter (28-2-1, 17 KOs) square off for the vacant welterweight world championship live from Barclays Center on Saturday night in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Update (Sept. 10): Porter won the bout and Topps has produced a base card noting the result as well as a pair of certified autograph cards one limited to 49 copies ($49.99) and a 1/1 version ($399.99). The standard version will be printed to order after 24 hours.

Update (Nov. 29): There are six new cards -- they have been added to the gallery below.

Update: (Jan. 15): There are five new cards for the Manny Pacquiao vs. Adrien Broner fight -- two Relics per fighter and a base card.
