Topps reveals annual MLB All-Star Rookie Team honorees

This year's best MLB's rookies have been picked by Topps -- and they'll all be getting a little extra bling on their 2020 Topps baseball cards.

They're the Topps MLB All-Star Rookie Team, and we'll be getting new cards and ink via Topps Now before next year -- and some will have autographed cards.

Up first is the New York Mets' Pete Alonso, who set a new rookie record with 53 homers this season. His cards are available now following the team's reveal this morning on the MLB Network.

The honor has been a component of Topps cardboard since 1959 when the first roster was revealed -- in the 1960 Topps set -- with Hall of Famer Willie McCovey among them.

Here's the rundown of this year's team as voted on by Topps:

Pete Alonso – 1B, New York Mets
Yordan Alvarez – DH, Houston Astros
Nick Anderson – P, Tampa Bay Rays
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. – 3B, Toronto Blue Jays
Keston Hiura – 2B, Milwaukee Brewers
Eloy Jimenez – OF, Chicago White Sox
John Means – P, Baltimore Orioles
Bryan Reynolds – OF, Pittsburgh Pirates
Victor Robles – OF, Washington Nationals
Will Smith – C, Los Angeles Dodgers
Mike Soroka – P, Atlanta Braves
Fernando Tatis Jr. – SS, San Diego Padres

The Topps Now cards will be offered during weekdays on Topps.com beginning today.
