Topps reveals new MLB release date lineup (for now)

Topps' schedule is starting to come a little more in focus after a number of products were delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the halt of business in a few locations key to its baseball card production and business.

The company released a list of target dates for its upcoming MLB releases and it all begins with 2020 Bowman finally arriving next Friday, May 22. That one will be the home of cards for highly touted New York Yankees prospect Jasson Dominguez.

It wasn't alone.

Tier One is now set to arrive on May 29 -- the only other MLB release slated to drop this month. However, six releases have tentative dates for arriving in June. That lineup will include Big League on June 5 with its collectors boxes still TBD. After that, Diamond Icons is penciled in for a June 10 arrival, Pro Debut -- the first MiLB release of the year -- on June 19 and then Clearly Authentic on June 24 as well as 2020 Topps Series 2 on June 26.

Topps Finest also is tentatively set to arrive in June -- no date but late in the month.
