If you're headed to the MLB All-Star Game, Topps will be there, too, with some new cardboard for your collection.
The company revealed its plans for event-related promos on Tuesday in advance of next week's Midsummer Classic as part of MLB's Play Ball Park -- formerly known as MLB FanFest -- that starts Friday in Cleveland and runs until next Tuesday.
Topps will have wrapper redemptions, set bonuses, a signing guest and more during the show.
Collectors who bring three sealed packs of 2019 Topps Series 1-2, Stadium Club or Big League to the company's booth and open them there will get one card from a six-player set that includes Mike Trout, Aaron Judge, Francisco Lindor, Bryce Harper, Jose Altuve and Rhys Hoskins. There will be a limit of one set per day per person for the promotion.
As with past years, there also will be specially marked versions of the annual Topps factory set sold at the booth and they will include an All-Star Game Patch showing either Francisco Lindor, Mookie Betts, Shohei Ohtani, Ronald Acuña Jr., Bob Feller or Larry Doby.
On Monday, Topps will have DAZN host and comedian Scott Rogowsky on hand to sign his Allen & Ginter card beginning at 1 p.m. while supplies last.
In addition to these things, there will be Topps Bunt redemptions for show-exclusive items in the game as well as Pack Wars for sample packs and prizes, a card wall where you can take a card if you leave a card, as well as the option to make your own card as well as other sights.
Play Ball Park will be held at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland beginning at 10 a.m. each day.
