Topps reveals WWE Living Set for wrestling card collectors

It all began with baseball not that long ago but now The Living Set is getting in the ring.

Topps revealed the WWE Living Set on Monday, which launches with two cards per week from artist Dan Bergren.

The lineup will include "current WWE superstars, legends and variations of both" using the 1985 Topps WWF design. That was the first officially licensed card set for the company made by Topps.

The first two cards in the series are WWE Hall of Famers "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and Trish Stratus and they will all be printed to order, meaning if 1,000 are ordered only 1,000 are made after a one-week sales window closes. Cards are $7.99 apiece but with volume discounts and bundles ($11.99) available.

Bergren's work may be familiar to some WWE fans out there as he produced sketch cards for last year's Transcendent set -- you can see a gallery of those 1/1 creations right here.

This is the fourth line for Living Set fans to consider with Star Wars (Tuesdays), Major League Baseball (Wednesdays), and UEFA Champions League soccer (Thursdays) arriving every week.
