Win a mystery prize in the Sunday sports mixer at YourDozen

YourDozen.com is back and you have until Sunday at 2 p.m. to get your picks in. This week it's a Sunday sports mixer of sorts as we need your predictions for that day's action in the NBA, NASCAR for the Dayona 500, English Premier League and WWE where anything could happen Sunday night.

This week's prize is a mystery for now ... but it could be revealed at any time between now and then -- or it may only be known to the winner, which could be you if you take the minute to make 13 simple predictions below.
