Dad grabbed a home run ball for his son, she wanted it back ... and now BlowoutCards.com needs it.

We'll offer $5,000 for that baseball right here, right now ... but there is a catch.

We want that ball signed and inscribed by her -- and only her, whoever she is -- "I'm sorry" so we can simply give it back to the kid. Our offer is official and the offer is firm -- here's our tweet noting it all and making the offer public.

The most talked-about baseball on the planet was a home run hit by the Phillies' Harrison Bader Friday night in Miami as part of a 9-3 Philly win, and the New York Post video above shows how it all went down. For another view -- one from just seats away -- with audio -- click here.

After all this happened, a team staffer went into the stands and gave the nine-year-old named Lincoln a bag of team stuff -- and after the game he met Bader along with some friends and family. Lincoln took home an autographed and inscribed Victus Sports game-model bat just like what Bader used to smack his 15th home run of the year. It was an early birthday present of sorts as they were at the game for his upcoming big day.

"I felt like Superdad putting that ball in his glove and giving him a hug," said Drew Feltwell, the dad, to NBC10. "Still in disbelief that she walked down there like that.

"I wish I had the ball for my son to put in his room next to the bat," Feltwell said, "but if I had the ball, I probably wouldn’t have gotten the bat, so it worked out fine."

The Phillies tweet alone about all of this -- one of its images is seen here -- has been viewed more than 19 million times. The Internet is trying to do its thing and figure out who has the ball and some people think they know ... but who knows? At the same time, the one thing we absolutely do know, without question, is who absolutely needs that baseball in his new Harrison Bader collection.

Who can help Lincoln out?

This is horrible. You are rewarding bad behavior. There is no reason on earth this woman should be compensated.

It’s ridiculous to offer money to someone who do this like the previous comment rewarding bad behavior is wrong. Who cares who she is at this point I am sure her friends and acquaintances know who she is

she never had it in her hands so by law it belongs to the man who picked it up and she should just give it back. Possession is 9/10 of the law and belongs to the man.

Obviously this b**** is a narcissist. To take a baseball away from a kid on his birthday. That is messed up. I really hope she’s proud of herself. I pray that she is ultimately identified.
