eBay Buzz: You won't win Powerball with this but you can collect 'em all

s-l1600 Don't worry if the headline for this one doesn't make much sense -- the eBay auction doesn't either.

Among today's weirdest auctions is a lot of 20,000 losing Powerball and other assorted Illinois Lottery tickets. They can be yours for a low, low price, too.

How much?

They can be yours for an $899 Buy it Now -- or you can make an offer if you're wanting to collect on a budget. (No, really, go look.)

Buzz loves him some paper -- mostly with autographs or players on them -- and there's one Powerball ticket coming up with his name on it later today, but this one is puzzling.

Shipping will only cost you $49, though. Seems reasonable.

With $1.5B I wouldn't buy and cards, as I could buy a card company or possibly even a major sports franchise. That would be way cooler than any card.
